Ananda Falisse specialises in debt and equity capital raising and provides advisory services for strategic or tactical M&A. Working with owners of 50 m - 300 m USD market cap companies he has provided solutions for over 30 companies and closed more than 40 million USD worth of deals over the course of 10 years.
Specialization in physical commodity trading and distribution firms, manufacturing, logistics and fintech.
He has an MSc in Aeropsace Engineering from ULb/ ULG Belgium and an MBA from INSEAD.
